Nicole Evangeline Lilly is an actress and author. She received a Golden Globe nomination for her role as Kate Austen in the ABC series Lost (2004–10).
Born in 1979 in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
Evangeline Lilly won a Screen Actors Guild Award.
She is also best known for her roles:
- Tauriel in The Hobbit,
- Hope van Dyne in Ant-Man
- Connie James in The Hurt Locker.
Fort Saskatchewan is located 25 kilometres northeast of Edmonton, along the North Saskatchewan River. It was established in 1875 as a fort on the North Saskatchewan River. The community was later incorporated as a village in 1899, a town in 1904, and a city in 1985.
