Just 20 km west of Barrhead, you’ll be able to find Thunder Lake Provincial Park. This park is right on the coast of the beautiful Thunder Lake and features multiple trails and seating areas that will allow you to take in the scenery. The lake is also an excellent spot for kayaking or canoeing if you’re a fan of being out on the water.
A campsite is also available in the park for both RVs and tents. They provide powered or unserviced sites and every amenity you’ll need to have a safe and comfortable stay. Playgrounds can also be found close to the campsites if you bring kids.
