The Fjord Marine Shuttle

The Fjord Marine Shuttle offers two round trips departing from Sainte-Rose-du-Nord from late June to early September.

The shorter cruise takes place from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. During those three hours, you will see the beautiful cove Descente des Femmes, the regal mountains of Fjord, Saguenay-St. Lawrence Marine Park, Saint-Basile-de-Tableau (a small village that faces a majestic rock wall called the Tableau), the Notre-Dame-du-Saguenay statue, the bay in Rivière Éternité, Parc National du Fjord-du-Saguenay, and Caps Éternité, Liberté and Éternité.

The 6-hour cruise departs at 10:00 a.m. and arrives in Sainte-Rose-du-Nord around 4:00 p.m. You will see all the same things that the 3-hour cruise entails, but this longer excursion means you get to enjoy a stopover in L’Anse-St-Jean, officially considered one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec. While there, you can enjoy your packed lunch or eat at the restaurant on the dock (you will want to make a reservation before going).

Visit their website for cruise details, schedules, and ticket prices. You can even design your own round-trip and one-way route if you wish to explore other villages along the Fjord!
