Cheltenham Badlands

Shrubland

02

Cheltenham Badlands is a series of bare, windswept red hills. These strikingly barren, rolling red hills were caused by bad farming practices.

Such areas are rare in Ontario and in Canada and this is one of the best examples.

The Cheltenham Badlands is located in Caledon, Ontario, on the southeast side of Olde Base Line Road, between Creditview and Chinguacousy Roads.
