60th Parallel Territorial Park

01

The 60th Parallel Territorial Park is a central location for entering the Northwest Territories border from Alberta.

The 60th Parallel of the Northwest Territories is an excellent spot for a stopover while taking pictures of the landmark with your family and friends while having a glimpse of the Northwest Territories border. A scenic picnic area is also available for travellers who need a short break by relaxing and eating in the parking area.

Tourists and travellers can also access The Visitor Information Centre to have insights into Aboriginal Arts, crafts, and exciting displays in their exhibition area. Visitors can also enjoy seeing the audiovisual presentation inside the centre while having a sneak peek at the northern lifestyle in the Northwest Territories.
