Home of the Guinness Book of World Records largest Snow Maze, a perfect activity for those boring Manitoba winter days.

Enjoy the Sunflower Expo held during mid-August, where you can walk through 8 acres filled with different varieties of sunflowers.

Don’t forget the petting Zoo, which is available to everyone in the maze, stop by and pet the day away with all the lovely farm animals. So much is offered like the hayrides, pumpkin barn, haunted Halloween forest, and zip lines.

Red River Co-op Speedway

Looking for speed and adrenaline in your night out, then nowhere serves more burnt rubber than the speedway.

Experience central Canada’s fastest and largest dirt oval track, coming up at 4/10 of a mile around and accommodates cars racing four wide. There are six different race classes: Late Models, Modifieds, Super Trucks, Midwest Modifieds, 4 Cylinders, and Pure Stocks.

Crow Wing Trail

Love the outdoors? Love hiking? Then you will love this trail that stretches across several towns at 193 km.

Connecting and twisting through communities starting at Emerson-Franklin and ending in Winnipeg. Towns and municipalities, it runs through are Roseau River First Nation, De Salaberry, St-Pierre-Jolys, Niverville, and Ritchot.

The trail is perfect for all levels of experience with parts easy to navigate, and areas meant for more experienced outdoor people. You can do all your favourite outdoor activities, from hiking, biking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing. Birding is very popular on this trail.

The Chimney Swifts have the highest known concentration in the province on the Crow Wing Trail.

Mennonite Landing

Located 7 minutes south of St. Adolphe is the commemorative spot of where the Mennonite settlers first stepped off in western Canada, in 1874.

Explore the historical spot or grab some rods and spend the day fishing at this popular spot for locals, the catfish will put up a fight like no other.

St. Adolphe Winter Carnival

January

The annual St. Adolphe winter carnival is a three-day-long event with lots of activities for people of all ages.

The carnival has been a long-standing tradition that dates back to the early 1980s. A weekend jam-packed schedule of dances, cribbage tournament, family bingo, curling funspiel, adult social, carnival riot, and a kiddie carnival.

Bring the kids for winter days full of fun and sociable events.
