Manitou Mushers

Manitou Mushers is a canine ranch located within Sainte-Thecle. They are known for offering ethical dog sled hikes throughout Mauricie. Professional sled drivers will teach visitors how to drive the sled, walk the dogs, and take care of the dogs after the hike. During the sled ride, visitors can observe the unique winter environment around them, with a bonus view for visitors riding the sled during sunset.

Clos Sainte-Thècle Vineyards

Clos Sainte-Thecle Vineyards is a human-scale vineyard founded in 2003 specializing in creating artisan wines. The vineyard is around 4.7 hectares and grows six grapes: Adalmiina and Chardonnay in white, Radisson, Sabrevois, Pionnier and Pinot Noir in red. Many wines are available for tasting and buying, and visitors can also receive a guided tour around the grape vines.

Le Geai Bleu Sainte-Thecle is a cross-country ski club perfect for snow lovers in the winter. The cross-country ski club offers 11.7km of professionally landscaped slopes in the center of the surrounding forests. The site also offers ski waxing services and light catering for hungry skiers. Snowshoeing is also available at the ski club, and snowshoers can perfectly enjoy the fresh air and the surroundings.

Erabliere chez Angelo & Anita is a maple syrup and natural artisanal product producer. Products are mostly maple based, with their famous maple syrup, maple candy, maple butter, maple sugar, etc. Along with the shop, Erabliere chez Angela & Anita also has an exhibition of antique chain saws and offers traditional meals with all-you-can-eat table service.

Campagne au Clos Sainte-Thecle

Campagne au Clos Sainte-Thecle is a unique dome camping experience offered in Sainte-Thecle. Visitors can book camping domes, with each dome containing two pairs of snowshoes, two pairs of skis and two electric fat bikes free for each camper. For cross-country skiers, passes for Le Geai Bleu Cross Country Ski Club are included in each dome free of charge. In the summer, the snowshoes and skis are replaced with paddle boards for nearby Lake Croche.
