Kootenay Valley Viewpoint

On your visit, be sure to stop by arguably the most scenic point in all of Radium Hot Springs. Kootenay Valley Viewpoint has a unique national park view and can be easily accessed off the highway.

Plan your journey there to fall during sunrise or sunset for a surreal and vivid-coloured view of the sky, during the day for some vast blue imagery, or during the night for a breathtaking view of the stars. Lower your gaze towards the river and mountains below, and try to spot some native wildlife if you can! It is definitely worth at least a quick stop to relax and capture a few photos.
