Tyrwhitt Conservation area is the home of the Kettleby Fall Fair. Located in downtown Kettleby, it is a quaint spot for a quiet walk in a picturesque town.

A working family farm, Round the Bend grows and sells fruits and vegetables along with eggs, maple syrup, pies, jams, sauces and treats, as well as turkeys for the holiday season. The farm features animals, a straw maze, a corn maze in the fall, a tube chute and a small play fort, and it is sure to provide a fun day outdoors for the whole family.

Thornton Bales Conservation Area, a part of the Oak Ridges Moraine, is an excellent spot for hiking and taking in the view. With an elevation drop of 54 meters from its southwest corner to its northeast, the park features Red Oak Trail, a challenging hike through the area’s woodland. Nicknamed “The 99 Steps”, the Red Oak Trail below is connected to a panoramic lookout via 99 wooden steps that take you on a steeper change in elevation than a drop off Niagara Falls!
The park also features a new bicycle station off 19th sideroad, perfect for anyone who wishes to park their bike before embarking on the trail. The area is also connected to nearby Jokers Hill, a research area for the University of Toronto.
Located a 7-minute drive from downtown Kettleby, this winery operated by the Nersisyan family combines the “tradition of Old World winemaking with New World flare.” Home to many award-winning wines, this winery is a must-visit for anyone in the Kettelby area, wine-enthusiast or not.
Holland Marsh Wineries is committed to producing local, premium, hand-crafted wines with respect for the local ecosystem and also serves as a beautiful venue for private events and weddings.

This monastery, whose 400-seat shrine has drawn thousands of pilgrims from across the country and worldwide. The monastery has drawn attention for its design, built in the shape of an ellipsoid, and stained glass lines the side of the one-hundred-foot bell tower.
The 800-acre property also features walking paths, rolling hills, a Rosary Path, and many magnificent statues. The monastery also features a gift shop housed in a log cabin, just one of the many beautiful buildings on the grounds.

This 8737-acre natural area is home to at least 30 at-risk species, including snapping turtles, eastern ribbonsnakes, bald eagles, and Jefferson salamanders. The natural area has a series of trails and is also home to the first fully-accessible trail in Canada.
Pottageville Swamp Natural Area provides the perfect escape from the big city and is an excellent way to get back in touch with nature.
