Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park

Come explore one of Ontario’s many beautiful provincial parks in Northern Ontario! Kakabeka Falls Park is, as the name suggests, home to Kakabeka Falls, the second-highest waterfall in Ontario! Walking trails and a bridge surround the falls for all-around viewing.

As well the Park is home to a campground for tenting and RVs. Hiking trails are also available in the summer and groomed into cross-country ski trails in the winter.

Hymers Fall Fair

Labour Day Weekend

Visiting Kakabeka Falls in the fall? You’re in luck! The Hymers Fall Fair is held on Labour Day Weekend annually. This country festival hosts many exhibitions, activities, and vendors. Put on by the Hymers Agricultural Society, this fair aims to celebrate and spread awareness of local agriculture.

Activities include horse shows, trivia, musical performances, costume contests, and more! Throughout the weekend, we are present to supply hot dogs, ice cream, popcorn, and other classic fair foods. At the fair, the main dining hall puts on a homemade sit-down feast with local ingredients every evening. YUM!
