Nova Lumina

From June to September, visitors can come to behold an amazing experience akin to seeing the northern lights. You will feel as if you have been transported to a magical place where the stars have fallen to Earth and are in the middle of it all.

The walk is about 1.5 km, and it takes roughly one hour to walk through the course. You’ll get to walk along this interactive course where you become a keeper of the stars, and you must return your star to her rightful place. She will awaken halfway through and tell you about Chandler’s history and the surrounding natural areas. This magical adventure does require a fee, and a reservation is recommended because it can get quite busy. The tour is done in French, but there is also English-speaking staff to guide you.

Plage des beaux sables

While there are many opportunities, including a lovely beach, at the Parc du Bourg de Pabos, there is another beach in Chandler that you won’t want to miss.

With beautiful sandy beaches, clean water for swimming, and beautiful views, this spot is incredibly relaxing and fun for the whole family. The beach is also supervised, so lifeguards are on duty for your peace of mind. There is also a playground for children if they get bored of building sand castles and going swimming.
