The site and museum honours the first Ukrainian Catholic Liturgy held in Canada in 1897 and is home to the oldest preserved Ukrainian Catholic church in Canada.

Book a group experience to learn how to bake bread in a peech, make borscht, or thatch a roof the traditional way. Other buildings on the site include a reconstruction of a Ukrainian pioneer, Riverbend School, and several log buildings including a granary/workshop and the Wasyl Ksionzyk home.
