Silversmith Brewing Company began in 2011 when the owners realized that despite the 38 wineries in the area, there was no brewery. So, they bought a 117-year-old church building and moved their equipment there. This began their now 10-year journey of making multi-award-winning lagers. They offer products such as the Black Lager, Helles Lager, Freaky Beasts, Breakfast Wheat, and Dam Buster. But there’s more! Not only do they offer a variety of alcoholic beverages, but they also have a variety of food options you can enjoy while visiting, such as poutine, chicken wings, salads, burgers, and sandwiches.
