Great place for a long walk with friends or even a solo around the pond. There is much wildlife to watch, whether it is snow geese, Canada geese, wild turkeys, deer, chick-a-dees, etc.
Plan to take an hour and a half to saunter and take in the sights. Beautiful trails around the pond (5km), easy access for everybody, and a surprising variety of birds and marsh life.
