ArtHistory

This museum is located in a historic house, containing various exhibitions letting visitors experience the cultural heritage of Cowansville. They have various art and heritage collections, which the Cowansville Art Centre initially put together.

One exhibit is the Bruck-Lee collection, established in 1956, with paintings from the Beaver Hall Group. Other prominent displays include temporary visual arts and textile exhibitions, the Lee-Vermeille collection of sculptures and paintings, and much more!

Many sculptures can be found adorning the museum’s beautiful gardens, along with picnic tables for the visitors to rest.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to visit the tourist information office within the museum.
