La Sucrerie d’Émilie is a creamery, sandwich shop, and confectionery rolled into one. There are various frozen products, such as soft ice cream, ice cream, slush, and milkshake. There is also a wide variety of candies in bulk.

As for the sandwich shop, they serve several types of paninis, soups, and salads in addition to coffees and teas. Their specialty is their variety of more than ten kinds of coated Belgian chocolate.
