Nathan Mackinnon is currently one of the NHL’s most elite players. Having won a memorial cup with the hometown Halifax Moose Heads and is consistently an NHL all-star.

While Mackinnon wasn’t born in Cole Harbour, he played his minor hockey with the Cole Harbour Wings starting his superstar career.

Like Crosby, MacKinnon is very active in the community of Cole Harbour.
