Ecomuseum Zoo houses a number of animals which were orphaned, rehabilitated, or born under professional care and is the only outdoor zoo on the island of Montreal. Open 364 days a year, Ecomuseum Zoo allows you to walk through the living areas of animals native to Quebec, including mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish. The zoo offers educational presentations throughout the day.

Ecomuseum is one of seven institutions in Quebec accredited by CAZA (Canadian Accredited Aquariums and Zoos) and is focused on animal welfare, education and the conservation of species and habitats.
