The Dory Point Day Use Area is a place for travellers who had a long trip that needed a stop-over to stretch their legs and stay for a short picnic with family and friends.

Travellers and visitors can enjoy the views of the Mackenzie River. The day-use area is also located a few kilometres from Deh Cho Bridge and the town of Fort Providence. The site is an open space for visitors using essential utility services, including picnic tables, firewood, a screened kitchen shelter, and outhouses.
