HistoryOutdoor

Already cited by the city of Mont-Saint-Hilaire in 2000 before its restoration, the birthplace is now part of the Répertoire du patrimoine culturel du Québec.  It is a rural dwelling built in the first half of the 19th century (after 1800-before 1850).

The wooden residence, with a square plan to one floor, is topped with an acute roof with two straight slopes.
