If apple-picking is on your mind, another apple orchard in St. George is Brantview Apples and Cider! The Howell family runs this apple orchard on land originally granted to their ancestor Isaac Howell for his service in the War of 1812. The orchard offers up to 22 varieties a season, including HoneyCrisp, Empire, CrimsonCrisp, Ambrosia, Gala, and Spy. The farm offers wagon rides on the weekend, and alongside their apple-picking options, they also offer ready-picked apples, pies, and other baked goods. Alongside the fresh apple business, they run Howell Road Cider Co., a cider business specializing in cider made from 100% Ontario apples.
Brantview is also home to the beautiful Event Pavilion, built from 200-year-old barn beams. With a large dance floor, rustic lighting, bar and dining space, and, most importantly, a bridal suite, Brantview is the perfect place to host your rustic Canadian wedding!
